Heartland Christian Academy is partnering with First Sebring Church to launch the HCA Early Learning Center, opening early 2026 at 126 S. Pine Street. The center will serve children 6 weeks to 4 years old, extending HCA’s mission of faith-based education to the earliest years. Led by current director Lily Raghoo, the program will offer Highlands County families a trusted, Christ-centered early learning environment. Enrollment opportunities will be available in multiple classes.
